Abbbbbbbs are finally beginning to show, thanks to 3 hours of cheer, 2 hours of tumbling, 2 hours of dance and two hours of conditioning every week.
Eating healthier and exercising more, becoming leaner and more muscular yet staying the same weight. I know that means I’m losing fat while putting on muscle so it’s a good thing but goddamn sometimes the scales are just so disappointing.
